We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges.
Please be advised that any item you purchase on our site is final sale. We do not offer/accept refund or exchange requests. By purchasing you are agreeing to the terms & conditions that you understand that no refund will be given.
Shipping
All orders take 1-3 business days process.
All orders placed on the website are shipped through USPS with 1-3 day shipping based on your proximity to Spartanburg, SC.
PLEASE MAKE NOTE THAT THIS SHIPMENT TIME EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. ALSO, ORDERS THAT WERE PLACED ON FRIDAY WILL BEGIN PROCESSING TIME ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
Once your items have shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you cannot locate your confirmation or shipment email.
To ensure that your package is delivered in a timely manner please assure the address you enter at checkout is correct. We do not take responsibility for any lost, or misplaced packages. If your package states delivered and you have not received it, please file a claim with USPS then contact us at info@shopamourae.com.

Our processing time is MANDATORY and NON-NEGOTIABLE. Orders are processed in the order they were received. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to ALL our policies, this one included.
